About this policy
This policy describes the Cargo Loop Android game (package com.jocelyn.cargoloop), provided by Jocelyn. The current game works offline and does not require an account.
Data used on your device
Cargo Loop stores your selected level, completed levels and tutorial progress on your device so that you can continue playing. It also stores music and sound preferences, volume levels, vibration preference and language choice. When language is set to follow the system, the game reads the system language locally. These values are not sent to us or to third parties by the game.
Collection and sharing
The current game does not transmit personal data off your device, sell data, or share your game data with third parties. It contains no advertising, analytics, account or in-app purchase service. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. The Android build has no Internet permission.
Vibration
The game uses Android's vibration permission for gameplay feedback. You can turn vibration off in Settings. This feature does not collect information about you.
Local storage, retention and deletion
Progress and settings remain in the application's private storage until you clear its storage in Android Settings or uninstall the game. The current Android build disables Android app backup. We do not hold a server copy of your progress and cannot restore it after deletion. Clearing storage removes your level progress and preferences.

If you choose to email seansheaton@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this correspondence to answer your question and handle your request, and retain it only for as long as needed for that purpose or to meet applicable legal obligations. Email is handled by the email providers used by you and us. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information. You may contact the same address to request deletion of your support correspondence.
Children
The current game has no account system or personal-data collection feature, regardless of a player's age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support email, contact us so we can address the request and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
If the game introduces features that change its data practices, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures. This page's date identifies the latest policy revision.
Privacy website
The privacy policy link in Settings opens this website in your external browser. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to serve and secure the website under its privacy statement. We do not add analytics scripts or advertising trackers to this website. Opening the link does not send your game progress or settings to the website.
